A two night minimum applies to all stays.
One night stays may be available from time to time, and these are charged at $360 per night Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and $320 per night Monday to Thursday.
Please note: Public Holidays, Long Weekends and the Christmas & New Year periods will be charged at weekend rates.

A mixture of gourmet cheeses, calamata olives, crackers and fruit, with a bottle of Yarra Valley wine (red or white, please nominate preference at time of booking). For those with allergies, please be aware that crackers may contain traces of nuts.

All bookings are subject to a 50% deposit made by credit card (either VISA or MasterCard), with the balance to be paid 14 days prior to your stay.
One day prior to arrival, you will receive a unique key code, which will allow you access after check in time.
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is more than 14 days before check in date, with a cancellation fee of $50. Bookings can be transferred to another date if arranged 14 days prior to your stay. Less than 14 days notice, deposit becomes non refundable.
Mountain Lodge is a couples retreat only, as there are stairs leading to the suites and bedrooms, it is not suitable for children.
No smoking is allowed in the suites, however ashtrays are available for your convenience on the upstairs balconies and lower verandahs, and are strictly only to be used at these designated locations.
Candles or incense are not permitted in the suites. LED Candlelight's are located in the upstairs spa for an intimate setting, should you desire. Sorry we are not able to accommodate pets.
Non-resident guests are not allowed on site under any circumstances without prior arrangement. We do not accept parties of any kind. On site parking is strictly only available for guest use. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if guests do not comply with house terms and conditions.
Damages or Property left in bad condition: We reserve the right to charge your credit card or to claim from you any costs incurred due to damages made during your stay. Additional cleaning costs required due to the property being misused will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour.
Bushfires & Emergencies: In the event of a Code Red day being declared for our region, Mountain Lodge will be closed and the following procedure will apply:
• Guests currently in house will be given the option to vacate the property prior to 5pm the evening before Code Red day.
• Guests due to check in on Code Red day will be called and advised the accommodation will not be available and the office will be closed
• All guests that leave their accommodation or have been advised not to attend will be issued with a voucher to be used for a future stay of equal value. No administrative fee will apply.
We reserve the right to close our business and in effect cancel your booking with us in the rare event that we deem it necessary for your safety or because of the inability to operate due to circumstances beyond our control. You will be issued with a voucher for a future stay. No administrative fee will apply
